Every call says where and when the project takes place, who it is for and until when you can apply.
Apply
Fill in the short form on the call page. If you are under 18, you will also need a parent's consent.
Wait for our reply
We review applications and contact you by email or phone.
Get ready to go
Before you leave, you get information about the programme and the journey. What the project covers is stated in each call.
Do I need to speak good English?
You don't need to speak it perfectly. International exchanges usually run in English, but motivation and openness matter more. If a call has a language requirement, it says so.
Do I need previous experience?
No. For some of our participants the project was their first trip outside Bulgaria.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the project. In Erasmus+ exchanges, accommodation, food and the programme are usually covered and travel costs are reimbursed up to a set limit. Each call describes what is covered and what you pay yourself.
How old do I have to be?
The age range is stated in each call. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to give consent when you apply.
How do I apply?
Open the call and fill in the application form. We review applications and get back to you by email.
Can parents ask you questions?
Yes. Parents can write to us at any time about the programme, accommodation and travel.
How can I help without travelling?
